Here’s our favorite basic SunButter smoothie recipe, perfect as a peanut free snack or even a go-to meal.

sunbutter smoothie 1

Ingredients

1/2 c. SunButter (for an extra kick and texture, use SunButter Natural Omega-3 with flax seed)

1/2 c. vanilla or plain yogurt

4 – 5 ice cubes

1/2 c. milk (try coconut, soy or other variation to fit dairy or other concerns)

Directions

Blend all together, pour into glass and enjoy!

Variations: Sliced bananas, pears, dates, chunks of dried fruits. Quinoa, wheat germ, flax seeds, whey protein. Nut-free chocolate chips for a sweeter smoothie.
