Amy's SunButter Fudge

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or dairy-free margarine (I use Earth Balance)
1 c. SunButter
2 c. powdered sugar (I make my own using a Blendtec since I have a corn intolerance)

Directions

Melt margarine in a pot on the stove over low heat. Once melted, stir in SunButter and remove from heat. Then stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Line a 9” x 9” pan with parchment paper and pour in fudge mixture. Let cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares & serve.
