Bacon-Sunflower Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 12 slices white crustless bread, (or regular - crusts removed)
• 1 1/2 pounds, thick bacon, slices cut in half
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup SunButter®
• 1/2 cup prepared mustard
• 1 T Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small jar of sunflower kernel
• 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 box of round toothpicks

Directions

• Lay 3 half-slices bacon side by side, top with 1 slice of bread
• Combine milk, SunButter®, mustard and Worcestershire sauce
• Spread 1 t of mixture on bread
• Sprinkle (on top of mixture) 1 T cheese, 1 t sunflower kernel
• Roll up bread in bacon slices, securing with 3 toothpicks
• Repeat with remaining bacon, bread, mustard sauce and cheese
• Refrigerate overnight
• Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, until golden brown; watch carefully
• Slice rolls into thirds
• Can be served hot or cold
