Chocolate SunButter Cracker Bites

Ingredients

• SunButter
• Ritz Crackers
• Bakers Chocolate (or your prefered baking chocolate)

Directions

1. Melt your chocolate in a double boiler, sauce pan or microwave (Whichever you prefer).
2. While the chocolate is melting spead a thin layer of SunButter on a cracker then add another cracker to make a sandwich.
3. When your chocolate is melted, place a cracker into the chocolate, flip and coat evenly then use a tong to take it out of the chocolate and place on a tray covered with wax paper. Repeat for all cracker sandwiches.
4. When you are finished with all the crackers, refrigerate them until the chocolate hardens and serve!
