Hummus

Ingredients

1 #10 cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 1/2cup lemon juice
1 1/4 cup SunButter
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 tbsp of black pepper or white

Directions

Combine all the ingredients into a food processor or mixer and puree to a smooth consistency.
Chill
Cover in refrigerator until it is used.

We serve this with colored tortillas and the students love it.
