Sunflower Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup shortening (or 1/2 sunflower oil and 1/2 vegetable oil)
• 1/2 t soda
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 2 t cream of tartar
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup SunButter®
• 1 cup sunflower kernel

Directions

Mix well and roll in patties. Press with fork and bake in 325° oven until golden brown.
