Crust:
Mix together
Bake in 9x13 pan at 350° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle one 11½ oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips on top; spread like frosting when melted. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed sunflower kernel and 1 cup English Toffee bits on top of melted chips. Cut and serve.
