Superlicious SunButter Cookies

Ingredients

Cookie:

• 1 cup softened butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup SunButter®
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 t soda
• 1/4 t salt

SUNBUTTER® Icing

• 1/2 cup SunButter®
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/4 cup milk
• Salted sunflower kernel - use as a topping

Chocolate Icing:

• 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 T shortening

Directions

Oven: 350 degrees

Mix SunButter® and margarine until creamy. Add sugars and eggs; mix well. Add soda, vanilla and salt mixing slowly. Add flour while mixing. Shape into balls. Place balls on a cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes: Approximately 5 dozen, depending size
