Best-Ever-SunButter-Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup SunButter^®
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 t soda
• 1 t vanilla

Directions

Cream sugars, shortening and SunButter^® Add eggs and vanilla, then soda. Mix in flour. Roll into balls and flatten. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
