Chocolate SunButter® Pizza

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. SunButter®
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. miniature marshmallows
6 oz. chocolate chips (makes sure to read the lable for allergy information)

Directions

12 or 14 in, pizza pan

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine sugar, brown sugar and butter, SunButter®, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Gradually stir in flour. It will pretty stiff. Press on pizza pan forming a rim up sides. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows and chocoloate chips. Return to oven and bake 5 to 8 minutes until slightly brown. Store in closed container after cool.

No need to grease pan.
