Frozen SUNBUTTER Pie

Ingredients

• 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
• 1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
• 1/3 cup strawberry jam
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1/2 cup SunButter^®
• 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla-flavored instant pudding
• 1 1/2 T sunflower kernel

Directions

Spread 1 cup of the whipped topping in the bottom of pie crust; freeze about 10 minutes. Carefully spoon jam over whipped topping. Gradually add milk to SunButter^® in bowl, blending until smooth. Add pudding mix. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, about 1-2 minutes. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Spoon over jam in pie crust. Sprinkle with sunflower kernel. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
