SunButter Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 cups white sugar
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 cup white syrup
• 2 squares chocolate
• pinch salt
• 1 cup milk
• 2 T butter
• 1-16 oz. jar SunButter^®
• 2 t vanilla
• 1 cup sunflower kernel

Directions

In a saucepan mix together sugars, syrup, chocolate, salt, milk and butter. Bring to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and addSunButter^®  and vanilla. Stir until thick. Stir in sunflower kernel and spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Cool and cut into squares.
