SunButter Shoestring Haystacks
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups SunButter®
- 1-12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1-12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 t cooking oil
- 4 cups shoestring potatoes
Directions
In a saucepan melt SunButter®, chocolate and butterscotch chips; stir in oil. Remove from h eat and stir in potatoes. Drop small mounds onto wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
