SunButter® Applesauce Cookies

Ingredients

3 lbs flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup dry milk

1 tsp salt

2 cups of soft butter

3 cups SunButter®

1 cup applesauce

4 cups sugar

6 large eggs

2 tbsp vanilla

Directions

Combine flour, baking soda, dry milk and salt. Blend in butter, SunButter®, applesauce, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Portion with #40 scoop onto cookie sheets. Flatten cookies and back until lightly browned.

(about 10 minutes at 350° in conventional oven or about 6 minutes at 300° in convection oven)
