Sunflower Bars
Ingredients
Melt in double boiler.
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup SunButter®
- 12 oz. butterscotch chips
- Add: 1 cup coconut
- 10 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
Directions
Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 8 oz. sunflower kernel on top and press down. Refrigerate until set. Cut in bars.
