Sunflower Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup shortening (or 1/2 sunflower oil and 1/2 vegetable oil)
- 1/2 t soda
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 t cream of tartar
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup SunButter®
- 1 cup sunflower kernel
Directions
Mix well and roll in patties. Press with fork and bake in 325° oven until golden brown.
