Sunflower Gold Cups
Ingredients
14 lbs powdered sugar
10 lbs SunButter® at room temperature
3 1/2 lbs crispy cereal
3 lbs margarine at room temperature
2 1/2 cups chocolate enrober
Directions
Mix margarine and SunButter® thoroughly
Add sugar and mix
Add cereal and mix
Divide into 4 sheet pans (18" x 24") and roll evenly
Cover with a thin layer of chocolate enrober (follow instructions on can for heating enrober)
Cut into 80 squares as soon as enrober loses its shine, but before it hardens.
