CHEX Sunny Muddy Buddies

Ingredients

9 cups Chex brand cereal (any type)
1/2 cup SunButter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Put chex in a large bowl.

Melt SunButter, chocolate chips and butter in microwaveable bowl. ( I use a pyrex measuring cup) for 1 min. or until smooth. (add 10 sec increments if needed) Stir in vanilla.

Pour over chex and stir constantly until all pieces are completely covered.
Add powdered sugar and repeat stirring until coated. Spread onto parchment or foil covered cookie sheet to dry. Keep in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. YUMMY!!!

Makes: A LOT!
