Thai Chicken and SunButter Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared Oriental Sesame salad dressing
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into small pieces
- 2 T honey
- 2 T SunButter®
- 1/2 t crushed red pepper
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 3/4 cup shredded carrot
- 3/4 cup sliced green onion
Directions
Pour 1/3 cup dressing into gallon Ziploc baggie and add chicken;
marinate for 1 hour. Drain and discard dressing. Mix remaining salad
dressing with honey, SunButter® and red pepper; set aside. Cook
chicken in a large skillet until done. Mix chicken, spaghetti, carrot and
onion. Add SunButter® mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
