Wild Rice Stuffed Chicken Breasts with SunButter Glaze
Ingredients
- 6 boneless - skinless chicken breasts
- 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain with wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
- 1 - 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 - 6 oz pkg. cocktail shrimp
- Parmesan bread crumbs
Directions
Pound out chicken breasts to fill. Combine wild rice (cooked as directed), soup, mushrooms and shrimp. Place 2 T mixture on chicken breasts. Roll in half and place in greased baking dish. Cover with parmesan bread crumbs and bake for 45 minutes at 350°. Drizzle SunButter®® glaze after 20 minutes of baking. Pour remaining rice mixture over breasts, garnish with shrimp and serve.
