Bundt Cake with SunButter

Ingredients

1 & 1/2 stks margarine softened

1/4 c. sunbutter

4eggs

2 cups sugar

1/2 c. butter milk

3 c. flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 c. water

Directions

Mix as you would a cake mix, wet ingred first, then dry to that ..pour batter into a greased tube / bundt pan ...bake at 350 for 45 minutes , then reduce to 325 for 20 to 30 mins. til cake tests done... topping drizzle is 1/4 cup sunbutter , 1c. powder sugar & a bit of milk to thin and make dizzley (or a mix of canned chocolate frosting & sunbutter !!! ) HOMEMADE BUTTER MILK RECIPE : = 1 CUP REG MILK & 1TBLS VINEGAR.(allow to sit 10 mins)
