Light Coconut Milk
2 1/8 cups
Add remaining ingredients in processor and process until smooth, adding coconut milk as needed for desired consistency. Portion into 4 oz cups. Place into take out containers
Multigrain Pita Chips

Assemble each container with 1.5 oz chips
Carrots, Fresh Baby Cut
3 1/8 quarts
Add ½ cup carrots and ½ cup cucumber slices into containers
1 oz equivalent meat/meat alternate, 1 serving whole grains, 1 cup vegetable
